I attended Western Michigan University to study Nutrition. I got my bachelor's degree in Dietetics and landed an internship at a gym where I continued to learn about sports nutrition. I developed an interest in the personal training side of things so I pursued my certifications. I’ve been happily training clients now since 2014.
I notice a huge difference in my mood and energy when I take care of my body so my goal is to motivate others to that way too.
We go beyond just time spent in the gym. We look at each person's lifestyle which includes their sleep, stress, and biosignature modulation to develop a plan that will make a real difference.
My goal is to create long lasting relationships with my clients so that we become close friends. Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone crush their fitness goals.
